Basic Exterior Wash, Spot Free Rinse and the use of FREE vacuums. All for just $20.95 a month (plus tax).

VIP Members Monthly Wash Club Package includes:

Basic Exterior Wash, plus Clear Coat Conditioner & Protectant, Under Body Wash & Rust Inhibitor, Spot Free Rinse and use of FREE vacuums. All for just $30.95 a month (plus tax).

Car Wash on Broadway is the perfect choice for your car washing needs. Signing up for the plan is simple. The RFID tag is the pass that gets you through the wash fast.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Monthly Wash Club membership provides unlimited car washes in each month membership is renewed.
• Car Wash on Broadway reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary.
• Membership can be cancelled in person at anytime. Telephone & E-mail cancellation notifications are not valid. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
• Members may upgrade to a different wash and pay the difference at the time of wash.
• Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have a Car Wash on Broadway RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags should be reported to Car Wash on Broadway immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and keep it from operating. The member will be charged for tag replacement. Member must notify Car Wash on Broadway of any change in vehicle ownership.

By enrolling in the Monthly Wash Club program I agree that the credit card provided can be charged $20.95 plus tax per month for Patrons Wash Club or $30.95 plus tax per month for the VIP Members Wash Club. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
